Travel ICU RN

Travel ICU RN for an 8-week contract in Hollister, CA. Provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions in a top-tier facility while maintaining travel flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care nursing to patients with life-threatening conditions in the ICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and operate advanced medical equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform rapid assessments and interventions for deteriorating patients.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospital care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
• Must be available to work holidays

Preferred Skills:

• BSN preferred
