Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Contract Length: 40 weeks

An educational organization in Columbus, OH is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person positions supporting students across the 2026–2027 school year . Multiple openings are available across school settings with strong support and collaboration among staff.

Position Details

• Schedule: Weekdays

• Hours: 37.5–40 hours per week

• Contract Length: 40 weeks

• Start Date: August 17, 2026

• Setting: In-person, school-based

• Openings Available: 5

• Interview Process: Virtual interview with leadership team

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals

• Provide individual and group therapy services

• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility discussions

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• Support students with articulation, language, and communication needs

Requirements

• Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license

• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by contract)

• School-based experience preferred

• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Compensation Options

• Local Pay: $75 per hour

• Travel Pay: Approximately $3,089 per week , including housing and meals stipends

• W-2 employment
