MANDATORY TRAINING (PAID)

• 100% attendance required
• No late arrivals, no early exits, no exceptions
• Failure to complete training = automatic disqualification
• Professional, structured training program designed for success

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Selling vehicles in-store and online
• Handling inbound internet leads and follow-ups
• Creating short-form video content (daily)
• Posting approved content to social platforms
• Building your personal brand while driving dealership traffic
• Following proven sales and marketing systems

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

• All content created during employment is property of the dealership
• Content may be used for advertising, marketing, and training
• No exceptions, no disputes

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Willingness to be on camera
• Flexible schedule availability
