Exciting opportunity to join our newOxfordStreet team! Successful candidates will be able to start work as soon as they are available. Before our Oxford Street restaurant opens in October, you will be based at either our Leicester Square or Earls Court restaurant, where you'll receive your training and become part of the team. Once the Oxford Street restaurant opens, you'll transfer to your new permanent location. Your pay, terms and conditions, and contractual benefits will remain unchanged throughout. Choose Joy! What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations during your shift Leading and motivating your team to deliver amazing customer experiences Managing food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness Troubleshooting issues and ensuring everything runs smoothly Communicating with upper management to improve performance What We’re Looking For A natural leader with great people skills Strong communication and the ability to motivate a team Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality role is a plus A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset The right to work in the UK At Jollibee, everyone is welcome.
