Healthcare IT Sales Director

Representing a suite of Healthcare IT solutions, the remote full-time Enterprise Sales Director will manage client relationships, drive sales initiatives, and identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base to generate new revenue. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account information in Salesforce and other tools Develop and sustain consultative relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations Exceed annual booking targets through strategic prospecting, deal qualification, and contract negotiations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of related experience in healthcare IT sales Direct experience in selling enterprise software solutions in the healthcare sector Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Active contacts with healthcare executives within the territory Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare procurement processes
