Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Mason City IA

MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is looking to bring on candidates to their CRNA pool and need coverage for the following:

• CRNA coverage needed starting January 2025
• OR M-Th 10 hour days, Fri: 5p - Sat 6:30am, Sat: Off, Sun: 6:30am-6:30am, Mon: Off, Tues - Fri - 10 hour days
• Otherwise: Sat 6:30a - 6:30a Or Fri 5p - 6:30 am/Sun 6:30 - 6:30
• Starting as soon as credentialed
• Cerner & paper charting
• Level II
• All ages, but very sick pediatrics are usually shipped to another facility as their hospital is not equipped to handle these patients
• Will pay for full travel
• Credentialing timeframe: ~30-45 days

Weeks needing coverage: (please list at time of submission)

1/6: 1 CRNA FTE for the week

1/20: 2 CRNA FTE for the week

2/03: 3 CRNA FTE for the week

2/10: 2 CRNA FTE for the week

2/24: 3 CRNA FTE for the week

3/3: 1 CRNA FTE for the week

3/10: 1 CRNA FTE for the week

3/17: 1 CRNA FTE for the week

3/24: 1 CRNA FTE for the week

3/31: 1 CRNA FTE for the week

• NBCRNA - Required
• BLS & ACLS - Required
• IA License - Highly Preferred
• DEA and CSR- Highly Preferred
• Clean record/license needed for quick credentialing - Required
• Dates provider can cover - Required at name clear
• Provider is available for full week of M-F, note what shifts provider is interested in - Required at name clear
• Covid Vaccination: Required at time of name clear
