- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Manage inventory, cash handling, labor control, and shift administration efficiently
- Lead, train, and develop motivated team members to foster a positive and accountable culture
- Create memorable guest experiences by delivering outstanding hospitality and resolving concerns professionally
- Support business goals by monitoring sales, labor, and food costs, and contributing to marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Promote continuous improvement and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong customer service, communication, and team coaching abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and food safety practices
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe® certification or willingness to obtain it
