We are seeking a high-energy, growth-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our market expansion. This is a purely business-side role focused on hunting for new clients, researching emerging markets, and bringing relevant enterprise customers into our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Drive market development by identifying and targeting new enterprise customers across the robotics, AI, and tech sectors. Conduct rigorous market research to uncover emerging startups, research labs, and stealth-mode companies in need of video training data. Own the full sales cycle from strategic cold outreach and initial pitches to contract negotiation and closing. Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive networking, industry event attendance, and digital prospecting. Manage client relationships to ensure long‑term retention and identify upsell opportunities. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise business development, or account management, preferably selling data, software, or tech services. Proven track record of independently sourcing leads, opening doors, and hitting revenue targets. Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex enterprise procurement processes and negotiate commercial contracts. High motivation and grit to research a niche industry and map out potential buyers. Exceptional relationship‑building skills to connect with decision‑makers and business leaders. Preferred Qualifications (Huge Plus) Existing network or connections within robotics companies, AI startups, or autonomous systems developers.
