Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software.Responsibilities:Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership for a Dev/Ops development teamFacilitate the team’s progress toward team goalsLead team efforts in relentless improvementFacilitate SAFe eventsSupport the Product OwnerFacilitate the removal of impedimentsPromote SAFe quality practicesHelp build a high-performing teamCoordinate with other teamsSupport SAFe adoptionEnable organizational effectivenessFacilitate preparation and readiness for ART events.QualificationsRequired:8+ years' experience in a scrum master role, leading Sprint Review and Planning events6+ years’ experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning6+ years’ experience leading multiple Scrum teams6+ years’ experience leading software development life cycle projectsExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)Excellent knowledge of Agile tools Jira and ConfluenceExcellent Knowledge of MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsExcellent Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityOutstanding organizational skillsDegree in Computer Science, Business or similar fieldMust remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.Desired:Professional Scrum Master Certification(s)IT Infrastructure Architecture and Design KnowledgeAmazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud KnowledgeExperience leading financial application development teamsExperience leading teams implementing COTS applicationsExperience leading teams implement data centric capabilitiesExperience using Microsoft Project to manage schedules.What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
