Inventory clerk- tools

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tool Room Clerk to support our food production facility. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment while ensuring that all items are properly tracked, stored, and readily available to support production and maintenance teams. salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage tool room inventory, including tracking usage and reordering supplies
• Issue and receive tools and equipment, ensuring proper documentation
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient tool room
• Assist maintenance staff by locating tools and parts as needed
• Monitor condition of tools and coordinate repairs or replacements
• Use computerized systems for inventory control and record-keeping
• Follow all safety and food production compliance standards

The essential functions of this role include:
