We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Georgia to provide attentive support to international clients. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating service needs, and keeping customers informed in a fast-moving freight environment. The person in this role will work closely with internal partners to help manage reporting, scheduling, and shipment visibility while delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely and attentive assistance across daily account needs.

• Partner with operations and other internal teams to coordinate scheduling details, reporting requests, and freight status updates.

• Track shipments and communicate proactively with clients regarding delivery progress, timing changes, and service-related concerns.

• Address customer issues with a solution-focused approach, documenting details clearly and escalating matters when additional support is required.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of account activity, customer communications, and service requests.

• Support efficient handling of inbound calls, order-related updates, and account requests while meeting expected service levels.

• Build lasting client relationships by providing dependable follow-through and a consistently customer-centered experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account support, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and handle concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to stay detail-oriented in a high-volume setting.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with a consistent record of dependability.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with inbound call support, order entry, or account coordination is highly valued.
• Background in transportation, logistics, freight, supply chain, distribution, or enterprise client support is preferred.
