In this role, you will earn an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a critical role in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient and their families. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and individual sessions for each partner, focusing on their unique challenges and goals. \n
- Addressing a variety of family dynamics and issues, such as interpersonal conflicts, communication barriers, and adjustment to life transitions like separation or divorce. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist families in overcoming obstacles related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, psychological issues, and job-related stress. \n
- Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each family unit. \n
You will engage with diverse populations, including adults and adolescents, who present with a myriad of mental health issues. Your focus will encompass:

- Families undergoing difficulties due to conflicts among members or external stressors. \n
- Individuals coping with trauma, grief, and major life changes. \n
- Couples seeking to improve their communication and relational dynamics. \n
- Children and adolescents facing behavioral and emotional challenges. \n
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

- A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
