Export Specialist

Are you an experienced Export Specialist with a background in freight forwarding? My client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing export shipments from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing: Managing the full export lifecycle for air and/or ocean freight shipments Preparing and coordinating export documentation in line with international regulations Coordinating cargo collections and monitoring shipment progress Liaising with customers, overseas agents, suppliers, and export authorities worldwide Providing shipment updates, pre-alerts, and rate requests Creating customer invoices, approving supplier costs, and maintaining accurate shipment records Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all export files What We're Looking For: 3+ years' experience managing export shipments (air and/or ocean) Freight forwarding experience is preferred Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes Experience with aerospace or aircraft engine exports is highly desirable Understanding of U.S. Customs regulations is an advantage Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to work both independently and as part of a team Fluent English required; additional languages are a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
