Regional Manager

An established, high-growth, private equity-funded hospitality group is seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead operations across a premier portfolio of full-service restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Renowned for bringing authentic, premium, a la carte cultural dining experiences, this rapidly growing company operates multiple thriving locations and is aggressively expanding nationwide, with plans to grow from its current footprint to 40+ restaurants over the next four years. Serving as the essential operational connection between executive leadership and restaurant-level management, the Regional Manager will directly oversee 4 to 5 multi-unit locations. Position Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and build bench strength among General Managers and location teams; institute a culture of high accountability, continuous training, and reduced turnover.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct structured field visits and rigorous audits across a 4 to 5 restaurant portfolio to ensure flawless compliance with corporate quality, safety, hospitality, and facility maintenance standards.
• Financial Oversight: Manage a portfolio generating $40M-$50M in annual revenue; analyze P&L statements, manage labor and food costs, maximize operating profit, and empower General Managers to meet strict budgetary targets.
• Strategic Execution: Translate senior leadership goals into daily operational excellence, resolve highly complex restaurant-level challenges, and help scale operational policies across corporate and upcoming franchise locations.
• Compliance & Community Relations: Ensure absolute alignment with federal, state, and local regulations while representing the brand professionally with guests, regulatory bodies, and vendor partners.

Position Requirements

• Extensive Leadership Experience: 10-15 years of progressive full-service restaurant operations experience, including 5-10 years of dedicated multi-unit/regional management oversight.
• Proven Scope of Management: Minimum experience managing 3+ full-service, a la carte dining concepts with a track record of overseeing portfolios generating $20M+ in revenue (high-volume, upscale, or experiential a la carte dining experience preferred).
• Technical & Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in P&L forecasting, budgetary planning, and restaurant management technology; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and openness to leveraging AI workflows.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Highly articulate, confident presenter capable of commanding group settings, management meetings, town halls, and high-level third-party business discussions.
• Operational Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, spending approximately 4 days a week traveling in the field across Southern California locations and 1 day in the Torrance office.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 base (commensurate with experience), 10% bonus program, comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and much more!
