Marketing Intern

AMC911 is a tight-knit, family-run structural repair company that's been protecting homes across Hampton Roads for 30+ years. We move fast, wear multiple hats, and genuinely care about the work we do — and the people we do it with. We're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to help grow our brand, connect with the community, and support key business initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with marketing strategies and campaign execution Creating content for social media platforms, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts Capturing photography and video content at job sites, company events, and community engagements Helping increase audience engagement through social media interactions and online outreach Supporting community networking efforts with local businesses, HOAs, property managers, and referral partners Assisting with branding, promotional materials, and other creative marketing initiatives Tracking marketing performance and helping organize marketing data and assets Supporting company events, sponsorships, and community outreach activities Providing operational support on special projects as business needs arise What We're Looking For Currently enrolled college student (Juniors/Sophomores preferred) Interest in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with an eye for content creation and storytelling Comfortable taking photos, recording videos, and learning new marketing tools Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms Positive attitude and willingness to jump into new opportunities Bonus: Experience with Canva/PosterMyWall, photography/videography, social media management, content creation, or community outreach.
