- Liaise with customer & different internal dept independently to meet customer needs
- Assist Director to lead the Customer Service team
- Well handle customer complaints
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Assist manager in monitoring day to day operations; and in consolidating billing/forecast information for further analysis
- Review working procedures & provide suggestions to improve effectiveness
- Coaching new staff
- Complete appointed job given by superiors at the right time and with good quality
