**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a Junior Technical Operations Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operational activities, collaborate with engineering and project teams, maintain project documentation, and help ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.

This is an entry-level position with structured onboarding and ongoing professional guidance designed to help you succeed. Previous software development experience is not required, but a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn are essential.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

Support engineering and operations teams with daily administrative and project-related activities.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and internal records.
