Seasonal Clubhouse Cocktail Server

If you're passionate about hospitality and creating memorable, personalized experiences, we are looking for a Seasonal Clubhouse Cocktail Server to join our team! We are seeking a polished, experienced cocktail server who is comfortable in an upscale, luxury dining environment and take pride in providing attentive, personalized service. The ideal candidate is passionate about building member relationships, anticipating needs, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and their guests. Our season primarily runs from October through May, offering the opportunity to be part of our team during the Club's busiest and most vibrant months.

The Country Club at DC Ranch is a member-owned, nationally acclaimed private golf and country club poised prominently near the McDowell Mountains. The Club is preparing to unveil its newly renovated championship golf course in November 2026, showcasing the design artistry of Tom Lehman. Alongside the course, members enjoy a stunning 45,000 square-foot Ranch Hacienda Clubhouse, six tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a pool complex, and a fully appointed fitness facility. What would make you a great cocktail server?

• Current Arizona Food Handler's Card required
• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private country club environment required
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to confidently speak to selections and make recommendations to members and guests
• Demonstrated experience with proper wine service required, including presenting, opening, and serving wine according to upscale service standards
• Polished, professional presence with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability required

Schedule

• Clubhouse is open from 11:00am - 3:00pm and 5:00pm - 8:00pm (weekdays) 5:00pm - 9:00pm (weekends)
• Typical schedule for this position: Thursday - Saturday 4:00pm to close
