LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing client's team in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to support a dynamic workforce in a collaborative and professional environment. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and leave of absence management.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily HR operations and employee support functions
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
• Handle leave of absence administration, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding processes
• Partner with managers regarding employee relations and performance concerns
• Assist with policy implementation and HR process improvements
• Coordinate with benefit vendors and assist with open enrollment processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations
• Support recruitment efforts, scheduling, and candidate communication

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
• Experience with benefits administration and leave of absence management required
• Knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, workers' compensation, and California labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

• Hybrid/Onsite role
• Contract to hire role
• Compensation: $28.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
• Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
• Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
