To succeed, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field with relevant technical and real estate systems knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience with Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, Concur or property management software systems within multifamily real estate or property management environments.
- Certifications or advanced expertise in Yardi, RealPage, SQL, data analytics, or business intelligence tools preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, database management, and system administration, with excellent communication skills and ability to travel locally as needed.
- Administer and optimize Yardi and RealPage systems, including user access, role permissions, property setup, and HelpDesk support for property management, accounting, and asset management teams.
- Deliver systems training, onboarding, and user support for onsite teams, ensuring adoption of property management software, best practices, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze real estate data, financial reports, occupancy trends, and rental performance to support strategic decision-making and portfolio performance.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and workflows using Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to improve data accuracy and business intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline property management operations, system integrations, and process improvements across multifamily assets.
