Interim AP Manager (F82626-JNG) Addison, Texas Salary: USD45 - USD52 per hour Our client in the Addison, TX area is seeking an Interim Accounts Payable Manager to provide leadership coverage during a temporary medical leave assignment. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing day-to-day AP operations while managing a team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of 5 Accounts Payable professionals Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations Review transactions for accuracy, coding, and compliance with internal controls Ensure timely vendor payments and resolution of payment-related issues Partner with accounting, finance, and operational teams to improve workflows and maintain efficiency Monitor AP activity, identify process improvements, and assist with reporting needs Serve as a working manager who is actively involved in daily AP processing and issue resolution Qualifications: Strong Accounts Payable leadership experience managing or supervising a team Extensive knowledge of full-cycle AP operations within a project-based business environment Experience supporting organizations with project accounting, engineering, consulting, construction, government contracting, or similar revenue models Deltek experience required; Deltek Costpoint experience strongly preferred Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach Advanced Excel and ERP system experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
