The Hybrid - Call Center Representative - Open Enrollment Specialist - (6 months contract) position is located in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is essential in fostering strong relationships with customers by assisting their employees with health and welfare benefits and payroll inquiries. The company is known for its award-winning payroll and benefits solutions, providing a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Must be bilingual in Spanish/English 

Shift
Hybrid (Mon, Tue, Wed in-office)
8:15am -5:30pm Monday through Friday (Hybrid 3 days in Office)
Training- 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 month of training)

Pay Rate :
$22 - $23 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Navigate UKG Pro Payroll and Benefits systems to assist end-users effectively.
• Provide support through various platforms including phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Analyze issues to determine root causes and generate effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be coachable and eager to learn.
