Management Accountant

DNA Vetcare is an independent veterinary group with over 50 practices across the UK, and we are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the commercial performance of our expanding business. This role is ideal for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment and wants to make a real impact. Responsibilities Deliver accurate financial reporting for a large, multi‑site organisation. Provide commercial insight and support operational decision‑making across the business. Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance while ensuring strong financial controls are maintained. Requirements Proven experience as a Management Accountant within a large, multi‑site organisation. Experience working with businesses operating across 30+ sites or with an annual turnover exceeding £30 million. Knowledge of franchise and partnership business models is essential. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insight. Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with stakeholders across the business. A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing organisation. An interest in embracing technology and a willingness to utilise AI tools to improve efficiency and support business processes.
