As a Crisis Response Specialist, you'll respond to urgent situations alongside law enforcement and first responders, provide on-site crisis support, and help connect individuals to immediate care and long-term stability.

What you'll do:
• Respond to real-time crisis calls in the community
• Complete on-site behavioral health assessments
• Create safety plans & coordinate care placements
• Support hospital transitions & critical interventions
• Work closely with providers, agencies & emergency teams

Work style:
• Community-based with travel
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends included)
• Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement

What you bring:
• Behavioral health background (BHPP/BHT)
• Calm, steady presence in high-pressure moments
• Strong communication & crisis intervention skills
• Commitment to empathy and cultural competence
• Valid driver's license + required certifications
