Resident Services Supervisor Direct Support & Compliance

The Arc of Howard County

The Arc of Howard County Inc in Ellicott City, MD is seeking a Direct Support Manager to provide leadership and oversight for residential or program sites and Direct Support Professionals. You will be the primary contact for staff, families, and support teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that meet agency standards and regulatory requirements.
