Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee

Overview Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven. Requires previous supervisory experience and interest in leadership progression within the company. Responsibilities Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees. Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards. Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs. Demonstrate ability to use P&L and store reports to inform operational changes. Maintain clear and effective oral and written communication. Qualifications Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities for restaurant staff. Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity. Ability to ensure the restaurant adheres to company policies and Health Department Standards. Proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred). High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience. Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
