Join us!Location: 400 S Woodsmill Rd, Ste 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, business hours 7am-8pm, M-FResponsibilitiesAccountable for oversight of all aspects within the pharmacy consistent with professional, ethical, and legal standards of proper pharmacy practiceResponsible for the registration of pharmacy staff involved in the pharmacy workflow including data entry, verification and dispensing of medicationsResponsible for meeting pharmacy throughput and quality targets. This includes auditing, accuracy verifications and assisting as needed in regulatory reviewsParticipate in and monitor quality improvement and assurance processesEnsure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient informationPerform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal lawsWork collaboratively with other Blink pharmacies/staff and the management teamPartner with Blink's Training team to ensure appropriate training of Missouri Pharmacy Technicians and TraineesCoordinate with compliance and legal teams on state-specific regulatory changesRespond to requests from State Boards of Pharmacy or other regulatory agenciesRequirementsGraduated from an accredited College of PharmacyActive Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing and unrestricted with the Board of Pharmacy1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist-In-Charge (for external candidates)Must be willing and able to obtain additional Pharmacist licensure in other states as requiredSkillful communicator and demonstrated ability to connect with patients, colleagues, and managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong command of the English languageStrong attention to detail with high degree of accuracyStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new softwarePerksFull time position, on-site in our Chesterfield, MO office; closed door environmentPaid Time Off - Vacation and Sick TimeHealth BenefitsHoliday payCasual dress codeIt is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
