As a frontline clinical leader, you will coordinate patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices across our hospitals and outpatient facilities. You will manage daily unit operations, support staffing and scheduling, mentor RNs, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
