Your day includes conducting classroom observations, modeling effective teaching techniques, and providing real‑time feedback to ensure high‑quality, standards‑aligned reading instruction. You'll also guide teams in analyzing assessment data to identify student needs and refine instructional practices. Your customized coaching approach fosters strong relationships with educators, celebrates their successes, and bolsters their confidence and skills. As your day winds down, you might offer virtual support to a rural school or prepare for upcoming visits. Experience in coaching and mentoring educators is essential, as is the capability to model lessons, facilitate planning sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
