  • Utilize evidence-based practices and appropriate methodologies, including the Natural Learning Environment Practices, to guide interventions.

  • Equip families with relevant resources and skills necessary for enhancing their children’s growth across cognitive, emotional, and social domains.

  • Foster a collaborative team atmosphere by participating in meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to the clinic's objectives.

  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance in service delivery and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, ensuring they receive early intervention services that are crucial for their growth during formative years. The LCSW plays a key role in advocating for these children and their families, providing not only clinical services but also emotional support to help navigate the complexities of developmental challenges.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
