Legal Workflow Coordinator - 2nd Shift (Onsite) Full-time Department: Legal & Document Processing Shift: 2nd Shift (Friday - Tuesday 3pm - 11:30pm) Training: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (6 weeks) Compensation: $22.42/hour (USD 46,633.6 yearly) Must be able to commute to Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Primary point of contact for incoming word‑processing related requests such as formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, and document conversion. Coordinate, assign, distribute, prioritize, track and expedite workload within the department. Interface with requesters to gather detailed information for assignments. Analyze requests to determine which tasks to perform and engage appropriate resources. Direct requests to proper resources and coordinate with local and off‑site services. Assist with proofreading tasks and quality control during high‑volume periods. Deliver projects within negotiated timeframes. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet pressing deadlines. Ability to produce quality work product. Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute with 95% accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime as required. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Experience or exposure to legal software such as Visio, Phillips Speech Exec, Bighand Digital Dictation, Best Authority, DocXtools, Omnipage, Forte, MacPac, Numbering Assistant, Forms Assistant, Nuance, Workshare Compare, iManage Desksite or Filesite, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver, E‑Transcript Bundle Viewer, Citrix Workspace is an added advantage.
