Key Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of care to ensure residents receive the highest standards of practice. Monitor and evaluate care outcomes to enhance the quality of nursing services. Administer direct nursing care, including: Changing bandages and wound care. Administering prescribed medications. Collecting specimens for testing. Act as a role model for professional nursing practices and work collaboratively with other medical staff.
