Established in 1969 in Concord, North Carolina, Cannon School is a nationally accredited, independent, coeducational college preparatory school serving students from junior kindergarten through grade 12. Position Overview Cannon School is seeking a talented and collaborative Design and Website Manager to join our Advancement team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, compelling design and wants their work to make an impact across a vibrant school community. While the position includes website and digital marketing responsibilities, the primary focus of the role is graphic design and creative production . The Design and Website Manager will create a wide range of print and digital materials that support Cannon's enrollment, advancement, marketing, and community engagement efforts—from publications, event materials, and advertising to social media graphics, donor communications, signage, and other branded content. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Office and working closely with the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, this position will collaborate with colleagues across campus to translate ideas and strategic priorities into polished visual communications that reflect Cannon's mission, values, and brand. The role will also maintain and update website content, support digital campaigns and event promotion, coordinate with outside vendors and printers, and manage creative projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer and creative problem-solver who is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. They should be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, and consistently producing high-quality work across print and digital platforms. Portfolio Required: As part of the application, candidates must include a link to a professional portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design, digital, and/or website work.
