House Supervisor RN Responsibilities The Hospital Supervisor coordinates the general operation of the Department of Nursing and provides administrative coverage for Providence Portland Medical Center and those departments operating on a 24-hour basis when senior administrative personnel are not present. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications National Certification in med-surg or related nursing area upon hire.
