Employee Stock Purchase plan Discounts at various retailers – Apple, AT&T, Verizon, Headspace and many more Roles and Responsibilities Starting rate: $28.00 per hour Responsible for shift coverage across guest rooms, meeting spaces, front‑of‑house areas, and back‑of‑house such as kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting skills across all maintenance areas are required. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building maintenance is preferred. Strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life‑safety systems, is required. Good communication skills are necessary. Qualifications Open availability, including weekends and holidays. Previous hotel or large property experience is preferred. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry at least 50 lbs. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required, as well as a completed background check.
