This Interim Recruiter opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands-on recruiter who enjoys tackling hard-to-fill roles and building better processes along the way. You'll partner closely with talent leaders to support a targeted hiring initiative, helping shape and refine recruiting strategies in real time. The Interim Recruiter will support a focused hiring initiative within a specialized business unit, partnering with leaders to improve hiring outcomes for niche roles. This role will manage full cycle recruiting while also contributing to process development, sourcing strategies, and program refinement. The consultant will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to test and iterate on recruiting approaches, helping to build a scalable and effective model for future hiring needs. Worksite Location: Hybrid – North Twin Cities metro, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $44-$54, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting for specialized, hard to fill roles
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using platforms such as Indeed and other tools
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and influence hiring decisions
• Support the design, testing, and refinement of recruiting processes and programs
• Collaborate with talent acquisition leadership on ongoing strategy and improvements
• Build strong candidate pipelines for niche talent pools
• Adapt quickly to evolving recruitment priorities and program adjustments
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and workflows within ATS platforms
• Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing for niche or hard to fill roles
• Experience working in agile or evolving recruiting environments
• Ability to build and refine recruiting processes and strategies
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring leaders
• Experience sourcing across multiple channels, including job boards and direct outreach
• Comfort working through systems transitions or evolving HR technology environments
• Strong communication, organization, and follow through skills
• Familiarity with compliance, certifications, or technical hiring requirements is a plus
