Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming member experience • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and motivating environment • Manage scheduling and budgeting to optimize efficiency and resources • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective services • Drive initiatives that increase member engagement and satisfaction • Monitor facility maintenance and resolve issues promptly Qualifications: • Experience managing daily operations in a fitness or hospitality environment • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team while creating a positive, inclusive culture • Proven ability to optimize scheduling and manage budgets for efficiency • Strong vendor management skills with a focus on cost-effective and timely services • Ability to implement strategies that drive member engagement and satisfaction • Knowledge of maintaining health and safety standards in a fitness environment Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
