- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable long-haul over-the-road (OTR) experience.
- Age: Must be at least 23 years old.
- Licensing & Medical: Must hold a valid Class A CDL and a current, up-to-date Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- Records Check: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) report.
- Drug & Alcohol Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and a full FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query (Drug and Alcohol Policy).
- Job Stability: Stable work history is preferred (no more than 3 jobs within the last year, or 5 jobs within the last 2 years).
