Onsite Operations Manager

Operations Manager Sunbelt Rentals’ Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of synchronized projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch. Key Responsibilities Execute and complete projects; manage multiple simultaneous projects. Oversee revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities, equipment, and dispatch functions. Ensure compliance with safety standards. Travel as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industry. Mechanical aptitude. Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system. Project management skills. Ability to perform physical demands: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, working indoors/outdoors. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting at least 25 pounds. Work indoors/outdoors as required. Compensation Base pay range: $65,000.00 - $102,438.60. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
