Were seeking a motivated Account Executive Hospice to grow referral partnerships, expand community awareness, and connect patients with high-quality in-home clinical care. In this role, youll act as a trusted resource to physicians, hospitals, and community partnerseducating them on home health services and driving referral growth through strong relationships and consistent outreach. What Youll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partnersPromote hospice services and educate referral sources on eligibility, clinical outcomes, and care coordinationDrive referral volume and support census growth through targeted sales and marketing activitiesPlan and implement community education and outreach initiativesSupport the development of new programs and service offeringsAssist in creating and maintaining annual marketing plans and performance goalsMaintain accurate referral, physician, and marketing databasesCoordinate business development efforts within medical networksPartner with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process What Were Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong understanding of consultative healthcare salesTeam-oriented mindset with high professional and ethical standardsAbility to travel within a 75-mile radius of the home office (occasionally more)Valid drivers license with reliable, insured transportationProficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applicationsHome health, healthcare sales, or clinical liaison experience preferred Why Join Us?
