Janitor Location: 1175 Martin Street, Greenville, OH Pay Rate: $17/HR Time: 8 - 4.30 PM Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous experience as a housekeeper/janitor Must be a team player and also be a self starter Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a designated area, including any number of buildings and the surrounding area. Should be in moderate physical health and able to stay on feet for hours each day, as well as climb, bend and move heavy equipment. Basic cleaning: sweeping, mopping or vacuuming floors, dusting, polishing furniture and cleaning glass. May be required to clean laboratory equipment. Responsible for keeping bathrooms clean and well stocked, as well as informing a supervisor when more supplies are needed. May be required to operate heavy-duty equipment like carpet shampooers, steam cleaners and power tools.
