Cardiac Device Technician

Your future role at a glance Location: Appleton, WI Facility: St. Elizabeth's Department/Specialty: Cardiac Schedule: PRN | possible hours 7-3:30 or 8-4:30 or 8:30- 5 (days) then on call once a month from 8am-12pm How you'll make an impact in this role Oversee device programming including the integration and reprogramming of devices and monitoring of patients. Educate patients regarding procedures. Address and communicate patient concerns regarding devices to physicians. Administer, monitor and reprogram devices. Maintain documentation of reported information and may perform additional clerical duties as assigned. Maintain supply inventory. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
