G&G Taxi Service | St. Albans, VT Pay: $14.42/hr + Tips + Monthly Performance-Based Bonus  Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible, guaranteed 25+  hours, pay per job/hour).

• Zero Overhead: We cover all commercial/livery insurance and vehicle maintenance. Driver is responsible for 'personal usage' of Gas.

• Personal Use Benefits: Limited use of the company vehicle for personal errands is permitted (you pay for the gas you use during personal time, personal mileage up to 200 miles per month is allotted).

• Keep Your Tips: Earn a steady hourly wage of $14.42 plus 100% of your tips.

• Monthly Bonus:  Performance-based bonus of 6% of fare per each ride completed paid at each months end

Qualifications

• Local Resident: Must live within St. Albans, VT (Our vehicles must remain in town at all times).

• Age Requirement: Must be 23 years or older (for commercial insurance compliance).

• Driving Experience: At least 5 years of licensed driving experience.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone and apps (similar to Uber or DoorDash) to accept rides and cash out customers.

• Clear Vision: Ability to drive safely at night.

• Trustworthy: Comfortable handling cash transactions and interacting professionally with the public.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English.

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening (per employer request).

• Clean driving record.

• Keep and track a current mileage log. System makes this very user friendly. (Personal use not included).
