Position: 1099 Licensed Cosmetologist - Resident Hair Services Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Id: 122 # of Openings: 1 Resolve Harmony Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Cosmetologist to provide hair services for our residents once a week. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for a cosmetologist who enjoys working with geriatrics and creating a positive, comfortable experience for residents. Responsibilities Provide haircuts and basic hair services to residents approximately once per week. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment while providing services. Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents. Provide individualized attention based on each resident's preferences and needs. Follow all applicable facility policies and state licensing requirements. Maintain appropriate infection-control and sanitation practices. Qualifications Active Cosmetology in good standing in the state of AZ. Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card Previous experience providing services to senior or long-term-care residents is preferred. Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor. Comfortable working with geriatrics and individuals who may require additional assistance or accommodations. Must be able to provide services independently and bring necessary professional tools and supplies. Schedule 1 day/week Schedule to be coordinated with the facility based on resident needs.
