The role combines product expertise, styling guidance, client relationship management, and upkeep of brand presentation standards. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach. Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets. Build and maintain client relationships, develop a client book, and manage follow-ups and event invitations. Process transactions efficiently and operate the POS system. Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care. Support back-office tasks and participate in visual merchandising activities. Requirements Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands. Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills to engage clients. Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets. Customer-centric approach and ability to interact with an international clientele. Collaborative team player with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
