Brake Press Operator - Now Hiring

Are you a hands-on expert in tooling and setup? We are seeking dedicated brake press operators / metal benders who can quickly transition between jobs and ensure maximum machine uptime. This fast-paced role focuses on efficient setup and operation to meet high production quotas. Your responsibilities:
- Efficiently select, install, and adjust tooling (dies and punches) in the press brake based on material thickness, bend angle, and desired form.
- Perform quick and accurate machine setups and changeovers between different production runs.
- Operate the brake press to form sheet metal components and parts according to job specifications and work orders.
- Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot potential forming errors (e.g., warping, cracking, or incorrect angles), and make necessary adjustments to the program or setup.
- Minimize material scrap by carefully managing material handling and operating the machine accurately from the first bend.

work hours: 06:00 AM - 03:45 PM

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Long sleeves encouraged. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
