AI-Driven Supply Chain Product Owner

Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / Consulting Strong experience in Supply Chain domain (mandatory) Core Skills Product Management (roadmaps, backlog, prioritization, stakeholder management) AI/ML understanding (predictive models, optimization, GenAI exposure) Supply Chain processes and systems (ERP, planning tools, logistics platforms) Technical Understanding Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, and monitoring Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations Communication Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills Ability to engage both business and technical audiences Preferred / Nice-to-Have Exposure to Digital Twins / Intelligent Supply Chains / Autonomous Planning Experience with GenAI use cases in supply chain Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven supply chain solutions Identify high-value use cases (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, predictive logistics, supplier risk, etc.) Align product strategy with business KPIs such as cost reduction, service levels, and operational efficiency AI Product Development Translate business problems into AI/ML product requirements and features Work with data science and engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions Define KPIs and success metrics for AI models and products Supply Chain Domain Leadership Apply domain expertise across supply chain areas: Demand & supply planning Inventory management Warehouse & logistics optimization Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams Agile Product Ownership Manage product backlog, user stories, and prioritization Lead sprint planning, reviews, and releases Ensure continuous delivery aligned to business priorities Stakeholder & Client Engagement Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across operations and supply chain Support client conversations, workshops, and solution demos Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly outcomes Data & Analytics Governance Ensure high-quality data pipelines and AI model governance Define processes for monitoring model performance and continuous improvement Education BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE Salary Range $120,000 - $155,000 a year Location Troy, MI #J-18808-Ljbffr Tata Consultancy Services Limited
