Senior Associate

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire a Family Office Advisory Senior Associate to support high net worth and ultra-high net worth client relationships. This individual will play a critical role in delivering a high-touch client experience while partnering closely with Relationship Managers, family office clients, and trusted external advisors. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, operational expertise, and experience working with sophisticated family office or wealth management clients in a fast-paced environment. Support Relationship Managers on large family office client relationships and/or manage operations for smaller relationships. Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day client service needs. Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients’ expectations and preferences to ensure tailored execution and exceptional service delivery. Execute client service strategy, track client team goals, and monitor trends impacting future client needs. Drive high client satisfaction through proactive problem solving, prompt follow-up, and seamless execution. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client intermediaries including estate managers, chiefs of staff, and executive assistants. Partner with accountants, attorneys, and other advisors supporting client needs. Coordinate wealth transfer strategies, asset protection initiatives, philanthropic planning, and other complex family office matters. Execute investment operations, bill pay, and lifestyle services with a strong attention to detail and discretion. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve workflows and client service processes. Mentor junior team members and contribute to leadership and culture initiatives across the firm. Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications 6–8+ years of relevant experience within family office, private wealth management, or ultra-high net worth client service environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Experience working collaboratively across teams and with external advisors. Basic trust & estate and/or personal tax knowledge preferred.
