PIRTEK Field Service Mechanic

If so, then PIRTEK Cartersville may be a great fit for you! PIRTEK, the nation's leading provider for on-site hydraulic hose replacement is currently hiring Field Service Mechanics. Our Field Service Mechanics remove, assemble, & install hydraulic hoses on construction equipment, manufacturing equipment, recycling equipment and basically anything fluid power. Our Field Service Mechanics operate out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose built mobile hose workshop/van.

Job duties include:

• Assess customer needs on hydraulic equipment
• Remove, repair, and/or replace hydraulic hoses
• Visit with active customers to assess needs
• Initiate contact with potential customers to explain our available services
• Work independently

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years experience in trade involving mechanical repair
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record no DUI's in the last 5 years

Compensation package:

• Wage: $24 per hour - Starting wage based on experience
• Overtime variable, based on number of service requests
• Bonus variable, based on jobs completed monthly
• PAID On-The-Job Training
• Company Vehicle Field Service Mechanics drive their service van to/from work daily

Work Location: In person Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
