# Job Opportunity – High Risk OB Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 weekend shifts per schedule period; patient ratios range from 1:1 to 6:1 depending on acuity; charge nurse and clinical nurse coordinator support available each shift Highlights: - 25-bed High Risk Obstetrics unit specializing in antepartum care, labor and delivery, and cesarean sections- Advanced perinatal care including magnesium drip management and bereavement care support- Documentation systems include Connect and Expanse platforms- Floating opportunities across OB/ED, Mother Baby, and Labor and Delivery units- Must be able to circulate cesarean sections and manage high-acuity obstetric patients- Strong team support with dedicated charge nurse leadership and unit secretary assistance Requirements: - Active RN license in good standing- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN- High risk antepartum experience required- Labor and delivery experience required- C-section circulating experience required- Experience with magnesium drip protocols and gynecological patient care- Ability to manage diverse patient ratios based on acuity levels Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a dedicated women's health environment where you'll utilize advanced obstetric nursing skills while caring for high-risk maternal patients during critical moments in their pregnancy journey.
